Malibu Wired has transformed a Beverly Hills estate into a haven of luxury and technology. Designed by Edward Fickett, AIA, this residence features centralized Lutron lighting control with custom-engraved Palladiom Keypads and automated Lutron draperies in key rooms for seamless elegance and privacy. Security and convenience are top-notch with Control4 DoorStation at the front gate, Control4 Chime at the front door, and an advanced surveillance system. Entertainment is redefined with a 7.2 Dolby Atmos surround sound system and a 140″ retractable projector screen in the media room. The 4×4 video distribution system and 16 zones of audio, including landscape audio, ensure top-quality sound and video throughout the home.

Smart home integrations include HVAC, gate, sliding door, pool control, and a robust security system. Collaborating with Benjamin Keiser from Artech Construction, we used innovative solutions to maintain the home’s clean aesthetic, like ceiling-mounted Wi-Fi access points and wall-mounted TVs with concealed wiring. This 6,426 square-foot estate offers four bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a sun-drenched pool, a large patio, a full-size tennis court, and a fire pit.
