The Strada House

Perched high above Bel Air, Strada House is a private residence where architecture, natural materials, and technology come together with remarkable restraint. Every detail was carefully considered—not to draw attention to the systems behind the home, but to create an environment that feels effortless, comfortable, and deeply connected to its surroundings.

Malibu Wired was proud to partner with House of Rolison on this exceptional project, delivering the technology infrastructure and luxury integration that quietly supports everyday living.

Rather than filling the home with visible electronics, our goal was to make technology nearly disappear. Music follows you naturally from room to room. Lighting adapts to the time of day. Shades move in harmony with the architecture. Security remains present without becoming intrusive. Every system works together as a single experience.

Our Contribution

Throughout the project, our team worked alongside the designers, builders, and specialty trades to integrate premium technology while preserving the clean architectural vision of the home.

Our scope includes:

Every component was selected not only for its performance, but for its ability to blend seamlessly into the home’s aesthetic.

Invisible Technology

The most successful technology is often the kind you don’t notice.

Custom engraved Lutron keypads replace rows of traditional light switches. Architectural speakers become part of the design language. Automated shades quietly respond throughout the day. High-speed networking supports every connected device while remaining completely hidden behind the walls.

Each system serves the architecture—not the other way around.

A Collaborative Project

Projects like Strada House are only possible through close collaboration.

Working alongside the talented team at House of Rolison, we helped transform a remarkable architectural vision into a fully integrated luxury residence where design and technology exist in perfect balance.

We are grateful to House of Rolison for the opportunity to be part of such a special project.
