Start with the experience you want and the room you have. We compare image size, seating, room light, architectural integration and total installed cost. An LED wall is especially worth exploring when a very large image or custom proportions are central to the design.

Pixel pitch describes the spacing between pixels. A finer pitch generally allows closer viewing, but the right choice also depends on screen size, content and personal preference. We design around your closest regular seat and the detail you expect to see.

No. Native resolution depends on the actual number of pixels across and down the display. Similar screen sizes can have different resolutions. We review the proposed cabinet layout and pixel pitch together, then confirm how your content will appear on that canvas.

A bright room is part of the design brief. We assess windows, direct light, reflections and viewing positions, then select the display and brightness range for the space. The goal is a picture that feels comfortable in daylight and after dark; outdoor installations need their own suitable display specification.

Tell us which devices and layouts matter to you. We specify the inputs and processing around them, including multiple views where supported. For gaming, we check the complete signal path for the resolution, frame rate and latency you need; features vary by display and processor.

We plan the sound with the picture, including speaker placement, dialogue clarity, subwoofers and the room’s acoustics. The approach can be discreet or visually expressive. We also consider how the display and speakers will work with your existing audio and control system.

Often, yes, subject to a site review. We need to confirm the wall structure, mounting depth, cable routes, electrical supply, ventilation and service access. Those details determine the installation approach and any work needed before the display arrives.

Service access belongs in the original design. We review how the selected system is maintained, whether access is from the front or rear, and the manufacturer’s repair and warranty terms. Spare modules and support options can be included in the proposal where appropriate.

For a new build or remodel, involve us before the wall, electrical plan and millwork are finalized. Timing depends on the selected equipment, site readiness and coordination with other trades. We establish the project schedule once the scope and supply details are confirmed.
