AWALL uses Flip-Chip CoB construction: LED chips sit directly on the board, beneath a protective surface. Fine pixel pitch can support closer seating; the visible result also depends on the native pixel count, calibration, source and light in your room.

AWALL describes a resin-protected surface, anti-glare layers and per-pixel calibration. We assess reflections and seating in your actual room, then specify the complete display and signal path.

These four manufacturer specifications show why size, native resolution and brightness need separate decisions. A 6 × 5 array is wider than a 16:9 array; 3,840 × 1,800 pixels is not the same as 3,840 × 2,160 UHD.

Planned for service.
The reviewed systems use 600 × 337.5 mm cabinets with front access for service. We plan mounting, power, ventilation, cable routes and access before installation. The drawing is a cabinet reference, not a complete room construction plan.
Quality continues at commissioning: check alignment, inspect the image across the whole canvas and calibrate the completed display for its use. AWALL describes professional installation and final calibration; we confirm the exact acceptance process for your project.

AWALL questions.
Does a larger diagonal automatically mean 4K?
No. Native pixels depend on cabinet count and pitch. The reviewed 0.9 mm C157 and I157 6 × 5 arrays are 3,840 × 1,800. We confirm the exact native resolution and content format before specifying the wall.
Can you include sound, sources and room control?
Yes. Malibu Wired plans the complete room, including source equipment, signal processing, audio, lighting and control. Mounting, electrical and ventilation requirements are reviewed as part of the project.
