Malibu Wired was brought in to reimagine and modernize the property’s entire technology infrastructure. Our scope included a complete refresh and integration of the Control4 System, with intuitive remotes, in-wall touchscreens, and seamless automation across the home. We upgraded lighting with Lutron HomeWorks panels and custom keypads, revitalized the security network with Ubiquiti cameras and robust Wi-Fi coverage, and installed multi-room audio distribution through discreet in-ceiling speakers.
We also designed and built a powerful home theater featuring a 150” projection system and immersive surround sound.
In the family room, we installed a stunning 100” TV, creating a second, everyday media experience for the client.
Today, every system—from lighting to climate, entertainment to security—is easily controlled from a single app, providing Steven and his family with comfort, peace of mind, and effortless luxury.
